Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order:
1. Directly over the internet on secure website.
You can choose to pay Credit/Debit cards - we accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, and Switch. Alternatively you can choose to pay for your order using a Cheque or Postal Order.
2. Over the phone on our order line 0870 382 5023.
3. By Fax on 0870 382 5024.
We will need to know the brand, style name, size, colour and payment details, including the address to which the credit card is registered in addition to the delivery address.
Q: How much is shipping and how long will it take?
A: We aim to fulfil orders within 5 - 7 working days.
We ship to European destinations.
Delivery charges are as follows:
Mainland UK - £FREE
(Includes Highlands and Islands, and Channel Isles)
Shoes are despatched for next day delivery.
Republic Of Ireland - £15.00
Rest of Europe - £15.00
Allow 10 days for delivery.
You may be liable to pay import duties from customs. Please check with your local authorities if you are not sure. Orders for destinations outside the EU are deducted 12% on request to compensate for this.
Q: How do I return shoes?
A: Unworn shoes can be returned within 28 days for a refund or an exchange.
A returns and exchanges form will be sent with your shoes. Simply fill in the form and take your securely wrapped shoes to the Post Office and return to:
Shoesdirect Ltd, Wycke Hill Business Park, Wycke Hill, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5UZ
This will be at your expense; the average cost of return is around £4.00
Please obtain a proof of posting when returning footwear.
Q: How do I convert shoe sizes?
A: We display shoes in British and European sizes.

Q: Do you have a catalogue?
A: We do not have a mail order catalogue, however, our current selection of shoes is available to view on shoes4thecity.co.uk.
If you are looking for a particular current style that is not listed, please contact us and we would be happy to try to order the shoes in.
